Service- and lubrication truck

We proudly present a great cooperation and expertise when it comes to Lube- and Service Trucks between Hydroscand AS and Paltek AS in Norway with equipment from Orion.
Paltek AS, located in Sandnes in Norway has up to this day, equipped serveral hundreds of Lube- and Service Trucks in all different shape and forms with a super high quality and an eye for the details. Paltek AS is a true expert when it comes to meet the customers demands regardless the brand of the truck!
And together with the experties from Hydroscand AS and Alentec & Orion AB, Paltek AS can deliver complete distribution systems for lube- and fluid handling for these impressive trucks.
In one of the cases presented on picture, the Lube Truck is equipped with nine pneumatic piston pumps for 208l barrels (22810), with hose end meters to be able to measure the precise voulme being filled (20372). Each pump has it´s on ON/OFF. This to make sure the pumps aren't pressurized until you need to use them, making this system very safe and also with as low air consumption as possible.

This truck is also equipped with a waste oil tank, a pneumatic diaphragm pump (22320) and a 4-way valve (28329). Meaning that this truck can both empty waste oil from the field to the waste oil tank in the truck, but also be able to empty it´s own tank by turning the 4-way valve.
During 2024, we will continue developing the fluid handling and the distribution systems for Lube Trucks together with Hydroscand AS and Paltek AS!
