We strive to contribute to a sustainable and responsible development by conducting our business in a way that maintains company values, shows respect for people, the environment/natural resources, and the general society. We strive to meet and exceed the expectations of our stakeholders.
By making decisions that fairly balance the claims of various stakeholders, we contribute to sustainable development and take our responsibility for common economic, social, and environmental aspects in our surroundings. Our stakeholders include customers, owners, employees, partners, suppliers, the environment, community, and others affected by our business.
Written procedures are made available for employees were applicable. We are constantly improving ourselves through evaluation and education in for example: business ethics, code of conduct, emergency and fire prevention, environmental awareness, health and safety, human rights, incident and accident management, safety, sustainable resource management, waste reduction and working conditions.
Our suppliers are critical to our success and therefore we require suppliers to meet our expectations for ethics and compliance. Supplier Code of Conduct (SCoC) applies to essential suppliers which shall ensure that the requirements in the SCoC are followed. By signing this document you, as supplier, acknowledge and agree that you are responsible to comply with this Code of Conduct.

Legal Compliance
Ensuring awareness of, and compliance with, relevant legal requirements in the baseline for complying with the SCoC. We expect our suppliers to be updated on, and comply with, applicable international regulations and conventions, as well as regional and national legislation. You must follow the trade regulations and export control regulations which are valid for the country they conduct their business and activities.
Social responsibility and Ethical responsibility
Suppliers have the responsibility to treat our fellow human beings in the best possible way and strive to fulfil social responsibility in every aspect of work, this includes diversity, equity and inclusion in daily operations.
You, as Supplier, have a responsibility to ensure that the scheduling of working hours is done in a way that it does not lead to ill health and that the level of wages and benefits paid to employees are equal and set according to anti-discrimination and gender equality. To allow freedom of association and promote collective bargaining of salaries and create a good and safe working environment.
You also strive to create good health, well-being, and a safer society for employees, customers, owners, and stakeholders. Be active in societal issues as well as counteract any form of discrimination, harassment, any form of modern slavery or forced labour, such as child labour or victims of human trafficking.
Supplier respect the UN Convention and human rights and accept the responsibility you have towards your employees, and stakeholders that may be affected by your operations and activities in communities in which you operate.

Anti-Corruption and bribery
Alentec & Orion AB has zero tolerance towards corruption and bribery. The supplier shall comply with local laws and international anti-corruption conventions and shall not engage in any forms of prohibited business practices.

Protecting the environment and contributing to sustainable development is of a great importance to Alentec & Orion AB. Suppliers shall actively strive to increase the positive and limit the negative impact of their operations.
